Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the sale of the resume rewriting and optimization services offered by CVOptimATS.

2. Service

The premium offer allows you to generate a PDF resume optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Once payment is validated, generation is immediate.

3. Pricing and Payment

The service price is set at 9€ (incl. taxes). Payment is processed via the secure Stripe interface.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

Given that this is digital content provided on an intangible medium, meaning execution begins immediately upon the consumer's express prior consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

However, CVOptimATS agrees to issue refunds exclusively in cases of critical technical failure (proven server bug preventing delivery of the PDF file after successful payment). If the system functioned and delivered the file, no refund will be issued based on aesthetic or editorial dissatisfaction.

5. Intellectual Property

CVOptimATS acquires no rights over the user's personal data or career history. The design of the PDF resume and the application's code remain the exclusive property of CVOptimATS.

6. Warning on Artificial Intelligence

The resume analysis service, ATS score calculations, text optimization, and automated customer support are powered by Artificial Intelligence. These third-party technologies provide results strictly for guidance purposes. Therefore, the Publisher does not guarantee the completeness, absolute relevance of the advice, nor the obtaining of an interview or position following the use of the service. The user remains solely responsible for proofreading their optimized resume before submitting it to a recruiter.
